Outside of work, he enjoys motorbikes, live music and good food, although he’s less keen on Monday mornings and traffic jams.

With over three decades of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, Mark specialises in high-performance, energy-efficient systems built for reliability and long-term performance. His focus is on practical, future-ready solutions, using the latest A2L and CO2 refrigerants to deliver sustainable installations designed for demanding commercial environments. Combining technical sales, system design and project management, Mark takes a straightforward, detail-focused approach to every project — believing good engineering should be efficient, reliable and never overcomplicated. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him running, watching Formula 1 or searching for the best coffee.

With over 25 years of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, he plays a key role in overseeing the service and maintenance side of the business, ensuring systems run efficiently and reliably. Known as the chilled-out Australian of the team, he is an outdoorsy character who would rather be on the tools or by the BBQ than sat in the office.

Nicky has extensive experience as an Office Administrator and plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From day-to-day organisation to supporting the wider team, she brings a practical and adaptable approach to her role. Known as the team’s go-to organiser (and maker of a great cup of tea), she enjoys learning something new every day. Outside of work, she spends time with her family or enjoys some well-earned peace and quiet.
